“The installers were here this afternoon and have installed our blinds and they look FANTASTIC! Rob just arrived home and saw them and, honestly, we couldn’t be more pleased. They’re beautiful, the guys did a great (and fast) job of putting them up and showing me how they work. The other thing is that the installers were scheduled to arrive between 12 and 5pm and arrived at 12:07! I think that’s a first for me – we’re usually the LAST on the list, so I was expecting the usual 4:45 experience.
